Meg Goble, Of Counsel to Rheem Bell & Freeman LLP, has over 30 years of experience representing individual and corporate clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions with a concentration in the representation of cooperative and condominium boards and the preparation of offering plans for cooperative, condominium and cond-op conversions. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Meg was a founding member and managing partner of Hanley & Goble LLP. Meg’s roster of clients, many of which she has represented for decades, include more than 50 cooperative and condominium buildings in Manhattan and her home borough of Brooklyn, numerous high net worth individuals and several active developers of smaller projects in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Clients appreciate her negotiating skills, keen insights and her ability to craft creative solutions. She puts these same talents to work as an arbitrator for the New York County Lawyers Joint Committee on Fee Disputes and Conciliation and as a member of the NYCLA Pro Bono Panel.
